Nicki Minaj at BET's Spring Bling
These shoes that Nicki Minaj had on during Spring Bling were hott!! And no they are not new but the other day I came across an outfit in my closet and the black version of this shoe would have SET IT OFF!!!
This lace up wedge with fringe is by designer Tsumori Chisato and will run you about $540.
